JV Maidens fall to Denver City

The Maiden JV One basketball team will host Lamesa tonight at 5 p.m.
The Maidens took their overall record to 18-5 and district record to 5-3 after falling to Denver City, 38-36 on Jan. 30.
“We were just panicking, not making our free throws,” freshman guard Robin Franklin said. “We needed to slow down. We need to think and work more as a team.”
