JV black volleyball stays undefeated in district play

Dig it– Sophomore liberto Arali Balderama receives serve from Estacado on Sept. 26. The JV black team defeated the Matadors in two games.

The JV Black volleyball team will play the Cubs at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Brownfield.

The Maidens defeated Estacado 25-13, 25-15 on Sept. 27, taking their record to 13-4 overall and 2-0 in district.

“I think we have good leadership and get along well,” sophomore outside hitter Erin Lentz said. “Our communication is at its highest, and we have team exercises and bonding.”
