The Maiden volleyball team took the trophy for the District 4-4A title after defeating Pecos in three games on Oct. 28. The Maidens will head into bi-district action with a 34-0 overall, 9-0 district record.

The Maidens, who are ranked 10th in 4A, will face the San Elizario Eagles, the fourth place team from District 3-3A, at 5:30 p.m. in Pecos on Nov. 4. Tickets will be $3 for adults and $2 for students. The Maidens are the home team.
