Twenty-seven choir members were chosen for the all-region choir at tryouts on Oct. 23 at the Wayland Baptist University Lubbock campus.

All 27 are eligible to try out for the pre-area choir on Dec. 4 in Lubbock.

Sopranos include: junior Samantha Gutierrez-second chair, junior Lisa Klassen-fifth chair, junior Carrie Quiring-sixth chair, senior Erin Lentz-11th chair, junior Amber Wilkey-12th chair and sophomore Isyss Flores-14th chair. Sophomore Emma Flenniken is the alternate.

Basses include: junior Kaillon Sawatsky-seventh chair, sophomore Noe Ybaben Burciaga-eighth chair, senior Kaleb Stevenson-11th chair, sophomore Jordan Giesbrecht-13th chair, freshman Aaron Casteneda-14th chair. Freshman Brandon Swoopes is the alternate.

Altos include: junior Robin Franklin-second chair, junior Jacqueline Peters-third chair, senior Hailey Blair-fifth chair, senior Jaicen Clark-sixth chair, sophomore Kataryna Felan-seventh chair, senior Cassey Thiessen-10th chair, sophomore Kasey Hogue-12th chair, sophomore Liz Pinon-13th chair, sophomore Analilia Aguilera Hinojos-14th chair.

Tenors include: junior Moises Ybaben Burciaga-first chair, sophomore Eli Call-seventh chair, sophomore Cason Johnson-10th chair, freshman Nathan Banman-12th chair, sophomore Dylan Banman-11th chair, freshman Garrett Lentz-13th chair, sophomore Isaiah Roybal-14th chair. Freshman Josh Dueck is the alternate.
