Seven distance runners qualify for regionals

The Maiden cross country team qualified for regionals on Oct. 10 by placing third overall at the district meet in Andrews.

Three individuals qualified by placing in the top 10 in their divisions–junior Eduardo Rodarte in eighth, junior Melanie Johnson in eighth and freshman Jordan Danley in ninth.

The Indian team took fourth overall at district.
