The Indian track team took third place with 133 points in the home meet on March 9.

In the 100-meter dash, junior Bryce Karr took sixth in a time of 11.99 seconds.

In the 200-meter dash, Karr took fifth in 24.85 seconds.

In the 400-meter dash, senior Jarryd Karr took second in 53.27 seconds.

In the 800-meter run, sophomore James Hurston took third in a time of 2:07.22.

In the 1600-meter run, junior Antonio Arreola Lechuga took fifth with a time of 5:17.48.

In the 110-hurdles, junior Jonathan Knelsen took fourth in 18.10 seconds.

In 300-meter hurdles, senior Isaiah Marquez took fifth in 46.57 seconds.

In the 400-meter relay the team of junior Ransom Edwards, B. Karr, junior Jeremiah Moralez and J. Karr took first in 44.30 seconds.

In the 800-meter relay, the team of Hurston, Knelsen, Moralez and Edwards took second with a time of 1:34.50.

In the 1600-meter relay, the team of Hurston, Moralez, Knelsen and J. Karr took fourth in a time of 3:57.40.

In high jump, junior Clayton Medlin took first with a jump of 6 feet, 4 inches, while Knelsen took second with 6 feet, 2 inches.

In pole vault, senior Alex Hindman took first with a jump of 15 feet, while junior Josh Lashaway took third with 10 feet, 6 inches.

In long jump, Knleson took third with a jump of 19 feet, 10 3/4 inches, while junior Cade Barnard took fifth with 19 feet, 1 3/4 inches.

In shot put, junior Johnny Fehr took second with a throw of 43 feet, 2 inches, while junior Sergio Landeros Capetillo took fourth with 39 feet, 9 1/2 inches. Junior Sam Medrano took fifth with 39 feet, 4 inches.

In discus, junior Reese Moore took third with a throw of 122 feet, 11 inches, while Medrano took fifth with 119 feet, 10 1/2 inches.

The JV Indians took first place overall with 169 points.
