Approximately 65 student artists will compete in the UIL’s Visual Art Scholastic Event at Frenship High School on Feb. 21.

Students submit all types of work from painting, sculpture and drawing to photography and graphic design.

“I’m excited,” sophomore Angel Tanner said. “You get to see other people’s artwork and meet new people with the same interests as you.”
