Four journalism seniors qualify for UIL’s All-state Journalism Staff

All-state journalism staff–Four senior staff members qualified for the all-state journalism staff–senior Co-Editor-in-Chief Aaliyah Booth, senior Op-Ed Editor Bradley Everett, senior Co-Editor-in-Chief Robin Franklin and senior The BEAT Editor Sydney Gonzales.

Four senior journalism staff members achieved the all-state journalism staff. The students had to accumulate at least 50 points through journalism competitions over the school year.

They include senior Co-Editors in Chief Aaliyah Booth and Robin Franklin, The BEAT editor senior Sydney Gonzales, and senior Op-Ed Editor Bradley Everett.
