Competitors had to earn a gold or silver to advance to state.

In Auto Tech SkillsUSA, 17 students advanced in six events.

In the automotive service quiz bowl, the team of sophomore Andrew Banman, junior Brody Crawford, senior Isaac Davis Tovar, sophomore Dylan Klassen and senior Peter Klassen took gold.

In chapter business procedure, junior Elizabeth Jurado, sophomore Alina Faircloth, sophomore Jenny Klassen, sophomore Sarah Teichroeb, sophomore Elaina Arellano and sophomore Korbin Lambert took gold.

In t-shirt design, senior Tina Neufeld took bronze.

In community service, Faircloth, Klassen, and Teichroeb took gold.

In entrepreneurship, Arellano, sophomore Davis Banman, sophomore Ervin Friesen and Jurado took gold.

In motorcycle service technology, A. Banman took gold, junior Bryan Wiebe took silver and J. Klassen took bronze.

In power equipment technology, Davis Tovar took gold and Faircloth took silver.

In health occupations professional portfolio, senior Jasmine Lopez took gold and senior Angelica Pinon took silver.

In medical math, junior Brian Mendoza took gold, junior Alyssa Parra took silver and junior Jessie Beaubien took bronze.

In health knowledge quiz bowl, junior M’Kenzi Rodriguez, junior Eva Buhler, junior Laysha Castillo, and junior Alexis Alvidrez took gold. Mendoza, junior Kayley Guffey, Parra and senior Adamariz Rodriguez Peregrino took silver. Beaubien, junior Perla Chaparro Renteria, junior Yubin Kim, and sophomore Pheng Lay took bronze.

In medical terminology, Chaparro Renteria took gold, Beaubien took silver and Guffey took bronze.
