In dramatic interpretation, junior Kelby Miller took fourth, and junior Kolt Blackmon took sixth.

In duet acting, Blackmon and sophomore Faith Klassen took sixth.

In humorous interpretation, junior Ivan Froese took sixth.

In duo interpretation, Froese and senior Jordan Smith took first, while senior Kyle Rickman and senior Jimmie Vaughn took sixth.

In original oratory, Vaughn took third. In prose, Miller took third.

In foreign extemporaneous speaking, Rickman took fifth. In poetry, Rickman took third. Klassen, Blackmon, Rickman, and Vaughn qualified for Texas Forensics Association state competition in March.
