Four band members qualified for the all-region jazz band on Sept. 20, and will perform at the all-region concert and clinic on Jan. 13-14 at South Plains College.

Senior Adrian Harms took first chair on trombone, while junior J.J. Ayala took third chair. Senior Bradey Fehr took first chair on bass guitar. Senior Layne Alvarado took fourth chair on trumpet, while senior Julio Torres took fifth chair.

The all-region jazz band takes at most five chairs for each instrument.

Alternates include junior Celestia Wilkey first alternate on also sax, junior Jessica Callaway first alternate tenor sax, junior Krystal Oviedo on bari sax, sophomore Adriana Vejar first alternate on trombone, sophomore Juan Hernandez second alternate on drum set, sophomore Jude Gomez third alternate on drum set, senior Max Wiebe first alternate on bass guitar.
