The FFA competed recently at the Angelo State University and  Texas Tech University leadership development contests.

The senior skills team of junior Jarrot Foote, senior Taylor Perryman, sophomore Quynton Linson, sophomore Randy Knelsen won first at Angelo and second at Tech.

The senior quiz team of sophomore Megan Letkeman, sophomore Delainee Neal, sophomore Paige Perryman, junior Bethany Jones, senior Jaci Vest, and sophomore Ashley James won first at Angelo and first at Tech.

The radio broadcasting team of Letkeman, Neal and P. Perryman.won second at Tech.

Freshman Carlye Winfrey won second in senior creed speaking at Tech and first in job interview at Tech.
