Hi, this is my first year as a journalism staff member, and I am a sophomore.

A little bit about me, I'm a kid at heart, and I absolutely love anything Disney. When I'm with people I don't know, I'm a very quiet person, but when I'm with my close friends, I'm as loud as can be.

I have two dogs and one cat. My dogs' names are Jessie and Bandy, and my cat's name is Mustachio. Jessie was found at the car wash, and we just kept him. Bandy was adopted from a lady in Lubbock, and we found out that he’s autistic. Who knew dogs can be autistic? Mustachio was adopted from Pet Smart in Lubbock. She's also registered as my emotional support animal.

I love to listen to music. My favorite genres of music are country, pop and Christian. My favorite songs are "Favorite Crime" by Olivia Rodrigo, "Feathered Indians" by Tyler Childers and "House Of The Lord" by Phil Wickham.
