Hiii! I’m a sophomore this year, and this is my first year in journalism. I’m excited to see what this class is all about.

I love to spend time with my friends and family because they mean so much to me. If I don’t have them, then I know I’ll always have God by my side. My  friends have always been a big thing for me. I choose whom I’m friends with carefully so I don’t get hurt or backstabbed. 

I have two siblings–one brother and one siste– I’m the youngest . I also have two indoor dogs, Nala and Chapo, and  two outside dogs, Lola And Gunner. 

I’m an extrovert. For sure, I don’t like being quiet. I like to talk and go out and have fun. I don’t like being home all the time, and I always find a way to go out. When I do nails or hair, I have to be talking. I don’t like being quiet. 

That’s another thing I’m learning to do–nails and style hair. This is my first year in cosmetology,  but I’ve always known how to do nails, makeup and hair, and I love doing it so much. It calms me down, and I can’t wait to get better at doing what I love. I really  hope to go to college for cosmetology and open my own salon. 

I’ve always loved to travel, and my favorite place to go is Mexico with my family. It’s always so beautiful when I go, and the food is so good especially when I go to my grandma’s. 

As I finish this, I just wanted to say that I’ve been told many times that I’m going to be nothing, and I’m going to fail at everything. But as ​​Psalm 46:5 states, “God is within her; she shall not be moved: God will help her when morning dawns.” And just with that I know that God will have a plan for me.
