Cassandra Schultz, Op-Ed Editor
Hello! I’m a senior, and this is my second year of journalism. I’m the student life editor of the yearbook and the War Whoop Op-Ed editor.
I also play the french horn in the band and compete in LD debate, which is all about philosophy and morality and stuff.
I’m really pumped for my senior year and excited to finish high school, even though the idea of leaving all my friends and family kind of terrifies me.
In my free time, I like to read, listen to music, pet cats, and rewatch the same five Disney movies over and over again.
My pet peeves are cracking knuckles and people who jump in crowded elevators.
My favorite things are sweet tea and lazy days.
I joined journalism because I love to write, it looks good on college applications, and I really didn’t want to take BIM.
