I’m a sophomore this year and, despite being a 10th grader, this is my first year at Seminole High School. I’ve spent my entire life in the boring town of Fort Stockton until my parents made the decision to move to Seminole, a slightly less boring town.

Although I’m eager for new opportunities, I’m naturally a very apprehensive and anti-social person. I’m only open to people who I’m comfortable with. Please be patient with me, as I have a very hard time communicating and socializing at times.

I have a lot of interests and hobbies I do outside of school in my freetime, but I’m allergic to talking about them because I don’t want to come off as nerdy. <_< Sorry!

My biggest strength that may also double as a weakness is my tendency to be a perfectionist. In most scenarios, such as assignments and important projects, I have a certain vision that I always keep in mind when working on something. If this vision or idea I have in mind is not fulfilled, I won’t feel fulfilled. I’m very persistent (when I want to be) and thrive in situations where I work alone.

My preference of working alone comes with it the weakness that is working in a group. Due to my introverted nature, I tend to withdraw from people in a group setting. It’s one of my biggest weaknesses, but I try to do my best regardless.

I hope that this year, I begin to open my shell up a bit and make a few connections, which will not be easy. If I make no friends this year, that’s also okay! At least I have myself and me! :] I hope this was an informative read!
