Tribe tennis took the spring district championship after final play-off matches on Thursday in Midland with nine players advancing to regionals.
First and second places in each event advanced to regionals on May 9 -10 at McLeod Tennis Center at Texas Tech.
In men’s singles, senior Clancey Cope was the gold medalist.
In women’s doubles, sophomore Addison Armstrong and junior Melany Vasquez Campos took the gold medal, while juniors Jazlynn Holmstrom and Allison Lacy took silver.
In men’s doubles, sophomore Derek Ware and junior Tristan Hare took the gold.
In mixed doubles, seniors Zeke Carrillo and Haylee Villanueva took silver.
