JV Maidens to travel to Andrews
Block party– Sophomore outside hitter Kasey Long and freshman middle blocker Zoee Nolen put up defense against Pecos in Tuesday’s Maiden win.
The JV gold volleyball team will travel to Andrews on Saturday.
The Maidens defeated Pecos 25-19, 25-10 on Tuesday, taking their record to 10-9.
“We were able to overcome because we worked together as a team,” junior setter Erin Lentz said. “The fans were cheering us on, so that helped, too.”
