9th Maidens beat Greenwood again
Going up–Freshman Amanda Villalva goes in for a layup against Greenwood on Feb. 2. The Maidens defeated the Rangerettes for the second time in district.
The freshman Maiden basketball team will play the Andrews Lady Mustangs Feb. 5 in Seminole.
The Maidens defeated Greenwood, 53-19, on Feb. 2 taking their overall record to 13-4 and their district record to 7-0.
“We played well,” freshman guard Taylor McGehee said. “We will just keep playing better.”
