JV football takes out Fort Stockton in the fourth quarter

The JV football team will play Littlefield on the Wildcat field on Sept. 24.

The Indians ended a tie in the fourth quarter to defeat the Fort Stockton Panthers, 34-26, on a touchdown pass from sophomore quarterback Alex Menchaca to sophomore receiver Drew Dendy. This brought the JV record to 2-2.

The JV football beat Kermit, 42-12, on Sept. 10.

“Getting the win on Thursday (Sept. 10) means a lot,” sophomore wide receiver Josh Lashaway said. “It gives us confidence that we can continue to move forward.”
