One-act advances to bi-district
Advancing play– Senior Blayne Childers, freshman Phiona Hiebert and junior Nikki Loewen perform at a festival on March 15 in the performing arts center. All three took cast honors at district on March 24.
The one-act play A View from the Bridge advanced to bi-district competition this weekend in El Paso.
District awards went to senior Blayne Childers, junior Nikki Loewen and freshman Dillon Gutierrez for all-star cast.
Honorable mention cast awards went to senior Kelby Miller, senior Ivan Froese and freshman Phiona Hiebert.
The SHS crew of senior Abby Navarro, senior Lindsey Wimmer, senior Haylie Hicks, senior Kolt Blackmon and senior Destiny Winn took all-district technical crew honors.
