Fifteen vocalists qualified for the area choir at Wayland Baptist University on Nov. 12, earning an opportunity to try out for the all-state choir in January.
Sopranos include junior Jazlynn Holmstrom as second chair, senior Margarita Maese Carbajal as seventh chair and sophomore Alyssa Peters as ninth chair (alternate).
Altos include senior Geydis Cuesta Rodriguez as third chair, freshman Taberah Georges as fourth chair, freshman Salah Bernal as seventh chair and sophomore Kloe Giesbrecht as eighth chair.
Tenors include junior Zaiden Bergen as third chair, senior Genavieve Neudorf as fifth chair, sophomore Logen Lee as sixth chair and freshman Seth Peters as seventh chair.
Basses include senior Garrett Sellers as second chair, junior Ethan Laub as third chair, senior Owen Call as fouth chair, freshman Rome Rodriguez as fifth chair and senior Javy Rodriguez as sixth chair.
