The National Honor Society met its fundraising goal of $2,500 on Oct. 20 as it hosted the powder puff game for charity.
Approximately 70 players, 20 coaches and eight cheerleaders joined NHS to produce an entertaining game for a crowd which paid $5 each in admission.
Senior Eduardo Rodarte was crowned powder puff king at halftime as both teams went into the break with 12 points.
The senior team would pull ahead during the second half and eventually defeat the underclassmen, 18-12.
