SPIRIT OF THE SEASON: Holiday activities fill last weeks of semester
Perfect place–
Sophomore Franky Wall hangs an ornament on the FACES Christmas tree. The class decorated for the season right after the Thanksgiving break.
As Christmas trees went up and smells of holiday goodies from the family consumer science room filled the hall, students joined in the seasonal spirit. Third period classes produced door decorations in the “holiday song” category.
First place went to Julie Jameson’s third period with the “Where Are You, Christmas?” song inspiration. Math teacher Jeanine Lee took second, and cosmetology teacher Shelly Touchstone took third.
